Body Conditioning
Our low impact body conditioning classes are designed for individuals that would like to participate in a form of aerobic cardiovascular exercise but who need to avoid high impact and safely work at their own pace.
The class takes a resistance approach and targets the muscles of the arms, legs, bottom and tummy. It will aim to improve overall muscle tone and help with weight loss.
Taken by an experienced personal trainer these small classes could be seen as an alternative to 1:1 Personal training sessions. They are fun classes and extremely popular.
