Core Stability
Taken by a Chartered Sports Physiotherapist these classes are planned at a slightly more advanced level and target the bodies ‘core’ muscles. Integrating equipment including the ‘Bosu’ & ‘Swiss ball’ the classes develop the body’s muscles from the inside out. Good for the sports performer to target core strength, balance and co-ordination thereby improving performance in any task. Exercises can be sports specific or generic; they are fun and a great way to improve your personal best time or performance.
