Physiotherapy and the Power Plate at KTB
The Power Plate can be implemented into the rehabilitation of many different conditions as it helps to achieve many positive physical effects. The chart below summarises this.

We advise a session at least twice a week to optimise the benefits. Your target areas and goals are set by a Physiotherapist and your treatment will be guided via a fully trained technician.
When the Power Plate could be unsafe
As we are Physiotherapists we will not allow you to put yourself in any danger and therefore we will not begin a Power plate programme with you if you have a joint replacement, a pacemaker or serious heart or vascular problems, a fresh wound in contact with the pad, an acute migraine, an acute inflammatory process, an acute disc prolapsed, you are pregnant, you have epilepsy, diabetes or a tumour / cancer or if you have any metal pins bolts or plates.
