You can either join a weekly class or take 1:1 Pilates classes – the choice is yours but a block of six is recommended to gain benefit.
The classes will allow you to progress your exercises when you are ready under the close guidance of a physiotherapist, who monitors each person within the class, helping with individual needs such as less or more intensive stretching needed.

The physiotherapists are looking for clinical benefit over the course of classes so will work with you to correct and advise throughout each session.
At the end of each class you should leave the studio feeling stretched, relaxed and more aware of your posture and tension.

Throughout each session your technique will be checked with each exercise and you will be repeatedly reminded of the main teaching points of each exercise – because it’s easy to forget if you’re focusing and learning something new!
