Have you recently suffered from whiplash?
Do you hold tension in your upper body?
Have you ever been told you may have cervical spondylosis?
Do you ever have pins and needles in your arms and hands?

Neck pain is often non-specific; caused by a problem elsewhere in the body, through poor posture, sleeping position, strain or sprain.
Whiplash can also cause severe neck pain due to the trauma and speed of the injury – and it doesn’t get better on its own. Have you ever seen someone turning their whole body to look around? It’s because they’re compensating for the pain but causing inflammation elsewhere.

Physiotherapy can help with whiplash, neck pain and headaches.
