Many of our physiotherapists are keen sports people, training and taking part in triathlons, which gives them an edge in advising and treating patients who come in with injury or maintenance treatment.

Each part of the event, swimming, cycling and running can cause problems but by knowing how you move and what to do to avoid injury with a few corrections and self-awareness, you can reduce your injury risk and improve your performance too.

There are now several mini events for children, or it may just be that your child enjoys swimming, cycling and running too – we can give advice to you on how to manage the balance between their high energy level and injury risk.
